Perhaps anyone wanting to bring 4 bottles (2 per person) on board should bring the following with them which I just copied and pasted from the Before You Board FAQ's on the Celebrity website: Guests are only permitted to bring alcohol onboard under the following circumstances. 1.)
3 nov. 2023 · Posted November 3, 2023 (edited) Yes it can be done. But remember the staff supported by the tipping pool goes well beyond the staff you come into contact with daily. We may not like it but tips pool makes up the majority of the compensation of many non officer staff. Edited November 3, 2023 by wrk2cruise. 4.
8 mars 2024 · Without the Go Green program I would have received 27 points. So far no response back from Celebrity about our missing points. Were you solo on that cruise because points would have been doubled. My understanding is go green is 1 per night and isn't doubled even if solo and regardless of your category.
28 nov. 2021 · Cruise Lines “A – O”. Celebrity Cruises. How to Cancel Courtesy Hold. I thought there was an ability to Cancel a Courtesy Hold. I currently have one and wanted to release it for someone else who may wish. Previous ones the agent cancelled when he did the price match. I have looked all over and the self cancellation doesn't seem to exist.

Try the planner on whatever laptop/pc/tablet device you have. That will confirm if it is an app/phone issue or not. (Typically it is with the app).

Posted October 8, 2023 (edited) Remove the pre-paid gratuities before you cruise and immediately on boarding tell the Customer Service desk you will be adding gratuities on completion of your bill at the level you see fit and not what the cruise company things it can get away without paying its staff a proper wage.
