Christian Jacob, né le 4 décembre 1959 à Rozay-en-Brie (Seine-et-Marne), est un homme politique français. Exploitant agricole de profession, il exerce de nombreuses responsabilités dans le syndicalisme agricole. Il commence sa carrière politique en étant élu député européen, député de Seine-et-Marne et maire de Provins.
