20 avr. 2024 · I am asked to enter my e-mail address and password EVERY TIME I click the BT icon on my windows start page. This is a recent thing. The address and password used to be done automatically. Anyone any ideas as to why ?
19 févr. 2024 · Re: New BT Email - Can't log out. if using edge have you tried settings then microsoft wallet then password and see if your browser has saved your mail login hence why when you access you are immediately logged in. Thanks both @chrisjp - ive tried firefox ( I never use this browser) cleared all caches and history (from all time) and it logged in through authentation. then once loaded got a red 'you are not logged into email' box so clicked onto the log in button and its back to stage 1, log in, refreshed back to the log on screen.

28 sept. 2023 · Signing into email constantly. Had a message pop up when signing into mail last week saying that I had to sign in separately from My BT to view mails from now on. Not a problem as I rarely use My BT & sign into mails directly. Possibly coincidence but since I saw this message, mail will log me off after a few hours.

I've added my post to the growing number of BT email users posting on the "email disconnections have returned" thread who are also experiencing this problem. Ever since the login change, my email page no longer keeps me signed in as it used to. Although I tick the box "keep me signed in" I get.

28 mars 2024 · Re: Keep me logged in. BT are aware of this, however I doubt it will be a high on the list of things to do job. If you want to stay logged in then just use the BT Mail app on your mobile phone. I hardly ever use BT Email through logging on via computer, so always just login and then log out. Also, what about security if you leave computer login ...
8 mars 2024 · Re: They have made a mess of email. @Steve252. BT severed all links with Yahoo in 2013/14 so I have no idea why you would think that it would be blamed on Yahoo! BT have made a change to their email system and to say that there have been some issues would be an under statement.
