I have recently received a letter dated 31 December 2023, from Virgin titled "Important information about your disconnection request".
30 sept. 2024 · How to put a VM hub into modem mode: 1) Access your hub on 192.168.0.1, sign on and put it into modem mode. On the Hub3 the bottom LED will change to magenta, on a Hub4 the LED band will be green, on a Hub5 the LED will be green. Best done from a wired connection. 2) Turn off the hub and disconnect any Ethernet cables.

I managed to find this number for myself (I had tried 150 from my Virgin phone) but had to sit through so many options - choose this, pick that - and then finally get through to be told the current wait time was 110 minutes was enough to almost consign the phone to the front garden via the window.

29 juil. 2016 · Pay your Virgin Media bill on the phone. You can also make your payment on the phone - and you don't even need to talk anyone! Just call our dedicated payment service on 0800 064 3777. Make sure you have your Account number and Area reference number to hand. You can find these details at the top right hand corner of your bill.
