3 oct. 2024 · Not receiving Channel 1115 and 1116, Newsmax and News Nation. Getting a message saying I need a subscription. Talk to customer service for hours ago and was told they would have it fixed within the hour! Still not working! Next call will be billing.
3 oct. 2024 · Still no Newsmax. Chat and phone time is close to 3 hours today. AT&T fiber is available. I'm waiting on Google fiber; coming soon. Wife likes Comcast lineup but she is mad enough to switch now. I have been on the phone twice with 2 different agents and Chat once. All 3 assured me problem would be remedied in 3 or 4 hours. I don't like being lied to. I am on my last nerve.
4 oct. 2024 · I didn't have Newsmax all day yesterday. Thanks to the suggestions, I did a reboot (pressing A on my remote), and I got Newsmax back this morning. However, I can't record (DVR) Newsmax!!! I can record all other channels, but not Newsmax! Anyone else having this issue?

10 juil. 2024 · The voice remote is also very handy. You can say Newsmax into the remote to tune to the station. Another great feature is that you can also stream it in the Xfintiy Stream app so you have it on the go or if you are without a cable box. 3 oct. 2024 · Has NBC and Xfinity colluded to somehow hurt Newsmax just before the election? Everyone should write the FCC and their Congress People to find out just what happened and why. This seems suspicious. Xfinity service is expensive and unreliable. This may be the last straw.
