4 déc. 2020 · I'm all for embracing new functionality, but not when it makes things more difficult or requires more steps or time. Ankita validates in her post above that you used to be able to open a full Contact record by double-clicking on a name. Now, you must click the Contact name, then click the 3 dots, then click Edit Contact.
26 févr. 2013 · I was changed over from Hotmail to Outlook. When I want to type an email or forward and email I don't see my COMPLETE contact list. Only the last few ones. How do I get the full list? Thanks
14 sept. 2013 · To add a contact I have to right click, hit add to Outlook contacts. Then hit Save. Sometimes if I am lucky after a few seconds pause a link will come up under view source which allows me to again to full contact details. If that link does not come up I have to navigate to the people view, find the newly added contact, and open it up from there ...
7 sept. 2017 · This view opens up a limited contact editing form. If you want to access the full Contact Editing Form as you click an email address in your Contacts list, we recommend that you change how you view your Contacts in the View Tab. Using List, Business Card, Card and Phone View will allow to open up the full Contact Editing Form.

To always open the full Contact editing form when clicking on a search result from the People Search, you can apply the following Registry fix.
9 déc. 2020 · Outlook 2019 not opening full contact card after windows 10 update. I did a windows update today (12/9/20) and now Outlook 2019 does not open full contact card when I put a name in the people search box like it did before. Now it takes about 5 steps to get to the full contact card to view/edit it. It worked fine before today's update.
12 sept. 2018 · Yes Within Outlook, click People at the bottom of the screen. On the left panel, right click on Frequent Contacts (or other desirable contact list ) and click "Properties". At the top of the new window, click "Outlook Address Book". Check the box beside "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book". Click "OK".
As a number of people have already pointed out the Right-click context menu now consists of a two step process. This soon gets very old and annoying.As a developer I have a lot of stuff in my context

27 mai 2024 · In Windows 11, the right-click context menu has been streamlined, requiring us to select "Show more options" to access the classic menu. While using "Shift + Right-click" directly shows the old context menu, I am looking for a way to bypass the new menu entirely and directly display the classic context menu without modifying the Windows Registry.
