I was told by MS that after spending cumerlative spend totalling £100 that I would not get cash back or refunded to my MS credit card.
24 sept. 2024 · HSBC Visa Credit Card - 10% cashback offer (1st Oct-31st Dec 2024) Just received an email from HSBC offering 10% cashback for 3 months on groceries, fuel and UK travel (up to £50 per month) with my Visa credit card. 5 purchases or more on the above will be required too. Keep an eye out for an email as you have to opt-in by the 30th September 2024.

However, I disputed it and finally got my account credited. I was lucky the bank staff were honest at the atm point. I think your bank staff have gone to the pub with your £70. « 1 2 ».

28 mai 2024 · £500 from HSBC cash point, did not dispense. Went inside the bank, they were very unhelpful. Called first direct my bank, they called the branch directly. Next thing I know the machine was being opened, someone looked inside found a pile of cash that had not been paid out. They were very apologetic then. Still took 3 days to get my money back.
29 nov. 2010 · CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE LEAVING THE CHECK-OUT. I bought a bunch of stuff, over £150, & I glanced at my receipt as the cashier was handing me the bags. I saw a cash-back of £40. I told her I didn't request a cash back & to delete it. She said I'd have to take the £40 because she couldn't delete it.
15 août 2007 · 15 August 2007 at 3:20PM. I've just been charged a £15 'Cash advance fee' on my M&S credit card for purchasing foreign currency online through travelex. I'm pretty annoyed about this as I thought buying currency still counted as a 'purchase' and 'cash advance' was just taking money out of the atm on your credit card.
