Cologne is one of those small, new routes like Tirana that doesn’t allow online check in. This is normal. 6 mars 2024 · Currently stuck in the UK because they can’t book a new flight for anyone and the weather grounded all their planes. Waited 2.5 hours for no result. Online checkin has been patchy on the app for ages. If you click on the option for more booking details you can eventually check in that way but it takes 4 or 5 attempts.

1 mai 2022 · You don't need to be the person booking the flight, all you need is the PNR code (6 letters or digits) and your surname. If the boarding pass has already been generated then you'll be able to do it at the airport. For some flights, customer service can still do it, but they may not be able to if the flight has been handed over to airport control.
13 août 2023 · I called British Airways and they weren’t able to add a checked bag, but they said I might be able to purchase it at the airport. So I called PHL and they said they can’t connect me via phone to the British Airways desk - they could connect me only to baggage claim, where no one picked up.
