29 août 2006 · Senior Member. The symbol that is the opposite of a slash (or /) or stroke, in French, to my knowledge, is referred to as 'anti -slash', on the basis of the English word 'slash'. The symbol is: \. However, 'anti-slash' is not, to the best of my knowledge, used in English; I believe the English term is 'reverse slash'.
30 août 2012 · It's kind of a verbal form of sticking your tongue out at somebody. And yeah, for those who aren't familiar with it, if you say it three times - "neener, neener, neeeEEEeeener" - it is to the tune of "Ring Around the Rosy." (Really.) It's similar to nyah, nyah, nyahnyah nyaaah, but there's more of a "aHAH!"
