Lisa Suzanne Blount (July 1, 1957 – October 27, 2010) was an American actress and film producer. She was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for New Star of the Year for her performance in An Officer and a Gentleman (1982), and later won an Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film for producing The Accountant (2001).

Lisa Blount was an actress who appeared in numerous films and television shows, most notably as Lynette Pomeroy in An Officer and a Gentleman (1982), for which she was nominated for a Golden Globe Award.
28 oct. 2010 · According to the Arkansas Democrat Gazette, Blount was found dead Wednesday at her home in Little Rock by her mother. Her husband, actor and director Ray McKinnon, was out of town this week.
