5 juin 2024 · McAvoy has managed to become my default voice for Charles during the Krakoa era and it's never faltered. He did a great job. He did a great job. Same for Fassbender but he hasn't had as much influence over the character to me, rather just embraced and played the character perfectly.

Then they’ll make a disappointing sequel afterward called Aliens or Demons that throws away all the cool shit they could have done. I don't usually even complain about remakes but in this case I really don't see the movie working in a American context.

Worst case scenario, we got a shit movie that I can ignore, but best case scenario we get a good performance from James McAvoy, a great actor, from James Watkins, who is a great director with a premise that is tense and interesting, as we already know.
