馮德倫（英語： Stephen Fung Tak Lun ，1974年8月9日 — ），本名馮進財，香港 男演員、導演、男歌手。其母為1960年代女星石燕。馮德倫與雷頌德組成二人男子音樂組合Dry。2007年，執導莫文蔚音樂錄影帶「天下大同」而榮獲第18屆金曲獎「最佳音樂錄影帶導演獎」。
