It's a meme from the 2000s that attempted to trick users into searching for blue waffles on google images, where they were met with a close-up image of a woman's diseased vagina, supposedly a sexually transmitted disease known as blue waffle disease.

The infection allegedly causes lesions on the outside of the vagina, as well as bruising, which causes it to look blue in colour. There is no such disease but it's a common Internet myth that keeps popping up.

I actually believe they made this to bury the other image of "Blue Waffles" I told a friend not to google blue Waffles on her phone and she did anyway because she was curious. This is the first image she came across and she had to try to find the original image that made everyone go wtf.

Haha, made me look! It's mostly pics of genital warts and some actual blue coloured waffles. Please don’t google it.
