Sophia Goulden (1833-1910) was a Manx woman and the mother of suffragettes Emmeline Pankhurst and Mary Jane Clarke. She influenced their political beliefs and supported their activism, and was commemorated with a stamp and a blue plaque on the Isle of Man.
