Cyrus Roberts Vance, né le 27 mars 1917 à Clarksburg (Virginie-Occidentale) et mort le 12 janvier 2002 à New York , est un homme politique américain. Membre du Parti démocrate, il est secrétaire d'État des États-Unis entre 1977 et 1980 dans l'administration du président Jimmy Carter.
