Le successeur de notre regretté Steve Lee, décédé l'an dernier dans un tragique accident, est Suisse et s'appelle Nic Maeder.
Music has been my companion all my life and always was an important part of it. It is a great feeling to be able to share in the birth of a song and to see how it keeps growing. I can experience that with GOTTHARD and it makes me happy. I am making music with friends.

Vocals. Die Musik begleitete mich mein ganzes Leben und war immer ein wichtiger Teil davon. Es ist ein einmaliges Gefühl wenn man erlebt, wie ein Song geboren wird und wie er weiter wächst. Das konnte ich vor allem mit Gotthard erfahren und das macht mich enorm glücklich. Ich mache Musik mit meinen Freunden.
In November 2011, Gotthard announced a new singer, Nic Maeder, through their official Facebook page and their website with a new song, "Remember It's Me", downloadable for free.
There are no long introductions as the band shift straight into gear with opener ‘Bad News‘, Nic Maeder giving full power right from the off. On top form as usual, he provides an impassioned vocal performance inspired by the pounding drums and wild guitars.
