Luis Felipe "Yuyo" Noé ( Buenos Aires, 26 de mayo de 1933) es un artista plástico, crítico de arte y docente argentino. Entre 1961 y 1965 formó parte del grupo Nueva Figuración 1 junto a Ernesto Deira, Rómulo Macció y Jorge de la Vega.
En 1959, il expose ses premiers travaux, éloignés de l’informalisme, courant artistique en vogue, ou de la figuration politique d’ Antonio Berni. Noé crée l’Autre Figuration en 1961 à Buenos Aires. Ce mouvement privilégie les couleurs vives sur de grandes toiles.
