Die Schwarz-Gruppe ist ein deutscher Lebensmitteleinzelhändler mit faktischem Sitz in Neckarsulm. Insgesamt werden ca. 13.700 Filialen der Marken Lidl und Kaufland betrieben. Da es sich im handelsrechtlichen Sinn bei der Schwarz-Gruppe nicht um einen Konzern handelt, wird keine Konzernbilanz erstellt.
The Schwarz Group, owner of Lidl and Kaufland, reported EUR 133.6 billion in sales and EUR 2.1 billion in PreZero revenues for 2021. The group invested EUR 8 billion in fixed assets and expanded its store network and online presence.
