Richard Kent Lyons (born 1961) is an American economist and academic, serving as the Chancellor of University of California, Berkeley. He was the 14th Dean of the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, until 2018. In 2020, he became UC Berkeley's first Chief Innovation and Entrepreneurship Officer.
