21 déc. 2022 · At the time, the only way to receive a commission was to undertake two years of training at Sandhurst in Britain, the main training school for British officer cadets. In 1956, officials agreed that anyone who completed Sandhurst training would receive a Queen’s Commission, ‘regardless of race’.
