Ritchie Blackmore, né le 14 avril 1945 à Weston-super-Mare, est un guitariste britannique, principalement connu pour avoir appartenu aux groupes Deep Purple et Rainbow, et pour être le fondateur de Blackmore's Night, dont sa femme Candice Night et lui-même sont les seuls membres permanents.
Appelé à l'origine « Roundabout », le groupe se forme en 1968 avec le chanteur Rod Evans, le guitariste Ritchie Blackmore, le bassiste Nick Simper, le batteur Ian Paice et le claviériste Jon Lord 1.
