You can check your refund status by logging in to "My Bookings", which you can access through the top right corner of our site or by clicking here. Log in with your Facebook or Google account, or enter your order number and the email you used when booking.
If you request and have the right to a refund of your flight, we will help you to obtain it. First of all, we will request a refund from the airline. The airline must then approve the request in order for the refund process to begin. You can also contact the airline directly.
Once logged on to "My Bookings" you will be able to see the latest information about your refund. Click on “Your refund case info” to expand and see all the refund information up to date.
The refund amount will be paid out to your original form of payment. Depending on the delays from the airlines the refund process can take between 2-8 weeks, and even longer in extreme cases after an application has been made to the airline.
Our current average handling time for refunds after receiving funds from the airline is 6 days. While most airlines process refunds in under 5 business days, the entire process can take 10-15 business days from the time you confirm cancellation until we process the payout.
