I've used demonoid back in it's golden age and years after, Demonoid for the past few years is a 1/10th of what it was. It's basically a tracker at this point. You still have ppl uploading but again, it's nowhere near what it once was. For real, if any other torrent site didn't have something, Demonoid would have it.
Alternatives while Demonoid is changing servers? Of course few sites truly stack up, but what are people using as an alternative while Demonoid is down and they are changing servers? torrentproject.se. someone told me piratesbay was the way to go but doesn't look right for me i miss kickass and demonoid for pubs for sure.
Demonoid died with Demios, plain and simple. Bringing the name and image back is a sham and should never have been done. At the same time, other than 1337x, Demonoid is the only public tracker you can upload to that actually works! Okay, doesn't disprove my point.

If Demonoid's admins had site backups they easily could have had the site back up in under a day on another host. Instead, 4 months later it comes limping back online, that makes no sense.
