23 mars 2020 · When you close the browser, go home and use WhatsApp Web again, it should still work. However, you BREAK it IF YOU LEAVE the browser OPEN at work, go home, use WhatsApp Web again (now it's open on 2 browsers at the same time. The browser at work will now LOG OFF). When you go back to work, you will have to scan the QR code again.

If you want to disable the notifications and//or the background sync, on Edge go to Settings > Cookies and site permissions > web.whatsapp.com > Block Notification and/or Background sync options. 4 janv. 2023 · Since a recent update (I presume), I haven't been able to launch or uninstall WhatsApp from my desktop. However, it will launch from a notification. I can see it in Settings/Apps and I tried a Reset. I got a tick but still can't launch. Subsequent resets have failed with a 'please try later message'.
