8 nov. 2019 · Each year, several family-friendly streaming and cable networks turn out a bunch of clean romantic Christmas movies. I couldn’t help wishing, as I watched this, that this had been one of them. More commitment to the twist in a miraculous or divine sense and a little less content would have made this a memorable annual tradition.

It is set in suburbia America and isn’t anything extraordinary, but does carry with it some Christmas heart, offering inspiration in regards to giving and sacrifice. It’s also uplifting to see people functioning as a community where they love their neighbor as themselves.
