23 nov. 2023 · The simplest way to obtain this dark mode (without modifying C::B code), is of course to first compile and link C::B with wxWidgets 3.3.0 under Windows and simply launch it by adding a command line in a batch file like : set WX_MSW_DARK_MODE=2. codeblocks.exe.

ABout the margins colour: if I remember right, you can not change it without compiling C::B from source (but I might be wrong).
14 mars 2007 · I just wanted to point out, that this issue is very easy to fix, so if someone wants to modify the appeareance of folded code, he/she can do it him/herself. I don't think, it's good to use unofficial patches (at least not in the long term) for features, the Code::Blocks team is working on, like codecompletion or debugging, because it's better to encounter and report issues, that relate to an ...

I'm thinking of moving to Code::Blocks. I've heard a lot of good things about it and It's definitely fast from what I've seen. My biggest gripe is that it looks just terrible in my dark-theme. The tab titles are black and they stay that way causing them to be almost unreadable. And the console is black on white.

Then I changed the colour of caret to white. so the colour of caret becomes white. but when i used a code auto compelete ,the colour of caret becomes red ,then black. I can't see it again ..
Re: Console output window/black window doesn't appear when building/running code. You have to use something newer than 13.12. There are recent night builds for macOS, which work a bit better, but don't expect smooth ride on this OS.
