In the same way as Google is, for those annoying “Sign in” messages when you go to some new website that uses Google’s login API.) You can’t get rid of it, unless you sign up for Windows Hello.

24 nov. 2019 · Ebay wont have any other solutions other than Cancel which would leave you with a Defect and Fees to Pay if they failed to accept the Cancellation. Or open an Unpaid Item Case after 2 days close on day 5. Your Fees will be Refunded. The Non Paying Buyer will receive a Strike on their Account. Neither of you can leave Feedback.
