5 déc. 2023 · Here are some steps you can try to resolve this persistent sign-in prompt: Sign Out and Clear Credentials: Open Word, click File > Account > Sign out under User information. Go to Control Panel > Credential Manager and remove the Windows Credentials related to Microsoft Office. Open Word and then sign-in again to resolve the issue.
