Williams Hospital (also known as 551st United States Air Force Hospital, Otis Hospital, or locally as Building 322) was a United States Armed Forces hospital located within the former Otis Air Force Base on Cape Cod in Massachusetts.

The 551st United States Air Force Hospital is a former hospital at Otis Air Force Base. With the closure of the base in 1973, the hospital closed. It was the site of the birth of Patrick Bouvier Kennedy. The hospital consisted of a series of connected one-story buildings.
The 102nd Intelligence Wing operates out of Otis Air National Guard Base in the southern portion of the Joint Base Cape Cod (JBCC). The intelligence wing provides world-wide precision intelligence and command and control along with trained and experienced Airmen for expeditionary combat support and homeland security.
