Jonathan Nolan (born 6 June 1976) is a British and American screenwriter and producer. He is the creator of the CBS science fiction series Person of Interest (2011–2016) and co-creator of the HBO science fiction/Western series Westworld (2016–2022).

Jonathan Nolan is a writer, producer and director of TV shows and films, such as Westworld, Interstellar and The Dark Knight. He was born in London in 1976 and graduated from Georgetown University in 1999.
Nolan and his younger brother, Jonathan (pictured in 2017), wrote several screenplays together, including that of Interstellar. Nolan next directed, wrote and produced the science-fiction film Interstellar (2014).
