He has voiced the characters of Uncle Ruckus on The Boondocks , General Horace Warfield in StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty and Dr. Richard Tygan in XCOM 2 , portraying Anton "Bebop" Zeck in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows .
