Dealey Plaza est une place arborée qui a été achevée en 1940 à la limite ouest du centre de Dallas. À l'extrémité ouest de la place, trois rues, Main Street, Elm Street et Commerce Street, convergent et passent sous un pont de chemin de fer (endroit connu sous le nom de Triple Underpass à Dallas).
Dealey Plaza / ˈ d iː l iː / is a city park in the West End Historic District of downtown Dallas, Texas. It is sometimes called the "birthplace of Dallas". It was also the location of the assassination of John F. Kennedy in 1963. Thirty minutes after the shooting, Kennedy was pronounced dead at Parkland Memorial Hospital.
Created on the spot where the city was founded and often referred to as “the Front Door of Dallas,” Dealey Plaza is now best known as the location where, on November 22, 1963, U.S. President John F. Kennedy was assassinated.
