Dame Louise Mary Richardson DBE FRSE (born 8 June 1958 [1] [2]) is an Irish political scientist whose specialist field is the study of terrorism. [3] In January 2023, she became president of the philanthropic foundation, Carnegie Corporation of New York. [4]
