Gonthier-Sizzo, prince de Schwarzbourg (né à Rudolstadt, le 3 juin 1860 et mort à 24 mars 1926 à Großharthau, République de Weimar) est, de 1925 à sa mort, à la tête de la Maison de Schwarzbourg et prétendant aux principautés de Schwarzbourg-Rudolstadt et de Schwarzbourg-Sondershausen.
Günther Sizzo, Prince of Schwarzburg [needs IPA] (3 June 1860 – 24 March 1926) was the head of the House of Schwarzburg and pretender to the principalities of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt and Schwarzburg-Sondershausen.
Reigning over the County of Schwarzburg and founded by Sizzo I of Schwarzburg (died 1160), the family split in the 16th century into the lines of Schwarzburg-Sondershausen and Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt, with the Sondershausen line dying out in 1909.
Le fondateur de la dynastie est Sizzo III († 1160), fils du comte Gunter († 1109) et de son épouse issue de la famille du prince Iaropolk de Kiev. Dans un document délivré par l'archevêque Adalbert de Mayence en 1123 , il s'appelait « comte de Schwarzbourg » pour la première fois.
