China Forbes (born April 29, 1970) is an American singer and songwriter who has been the lead singer of the band Pink Martini since 1995. In 2022 she was the Ella Fitzgerald award winner at the Montreal International Jazz Festival.
China Forbes is a Harvard graduate and a vocalist for the band Pink Martini. She has written and performed songs in over twenty languages, and appeared on TV shows and films such as Clueless and In the Cut.

10 oct. 2023 · L’une est chanteuse, l’autre pianiste : China Forbes et Thomas Lauderdale se sont rencontrés à Harvard, avant de former le plus français des groupes américains : Pink Martini. Mondialement connue grâce à leur hymne "Sympathique" ("Je ne veux pas travailler..."), la bande est de retour à Paris.
