I checked on Google and YouTube for solutions. Then, i restarted the program after repairing & resetting windows security in by right clicking and going to the app settings. It is still the same.

To do this, right-click on the .exe file for the game and then click on Properties. Under Properties, click on the Compatibility tab and then enable Compatibility mode" and select the OS version.
