Robert Edwin Davie Jr. (born September 30, 1954) is an American former college football coach and player. He served as the head football coach at the University of Notre Dame from 1997 to 2001 and the University of New Mexico from 2012 to 2019.

Bob Davie was a failed head coach at Notre Dame, where he had everything but success. He resurrected his career at New Mexico, where he had nothing but a chance to coach his team.
