Dramarama is an American, New Jersey–based alternative rock/power pop band, who later moved to Los Angeles. The band was formed in New Jersey in 1982 and disbanded in 1994. The band formally reunited in 2003 following an appearance on VH1's Bands Reunited.

Grounded in the timeless twin aesthetics of pop art and power pop, Dramarama was nevertheless a star-crossed combo, out of synch with both the mainstream rock audience and the music business throughout its career.
Looking Through ... (a.k.a. The Great Lost Dramarama Album!) Ok, I admit it... I'm stark raving nuts for this band. In the First Canadian Rock Critics Poll I voted for Dramrama's Vinyl as my fave album of 1991. In the third annual poll, Hi-Fi Sci-Fi went to toppermost of my poppermost of '93.
