Jeffrey Allen Baxter surnommé "Skunk" (né le 13 décembre 1948) est un guitariste et chanteur américain connu pour avoir joué avec les groupes rock Steely Dan et The Doobie Brothers. Il a aussi été acteur à deux reprises, jouant de petits rôles dans les films Air Force Bat 21 et Blues Brothers 2000.
