QUARTERFLASH est un groupe américain de rock-F.M. créé en 1981 à Portland dans l'Oregon par RINDY ROSS (chant/saxo, née le 26/06/1951 à Portland), son mari MARV ROSS (guitare, né le 30/01/1951), JACK CHARLES (chant/guitare), RICH GOOCH (basse), BRIAN DAVID WILLIS (batterie, né le 14/06/1958) et RICK DIGIALLONARDO (claviers).
Guitarist Jack Charles, keyboardist Rick DiGiallonardo, bassist Rich Gooch, and drummer Brian David Willis rounded out the line-up. Initially known as "Seafood Mama", the group gained a strong local following playing bars and nightclubs in Portland, Oregon.
