Capuchin College is a national Catholic seminary located in Washington, D.C., owned and administered by the Order of Friars Minor Capuchin. [1] Built in the early 1900s, it serves as a house of Post-Novitiate training in the United States and belongs to the Capuchin Province of St. Augustine.
Fr. Joseph Tuscan, OFM Cap. Fr. Joseph was born in Columbus, OH, in 1967 and was raised in Canton, OH. He earned his Bachelor's degree in 1989 from Borromeo College Seminary. In 1990, he professed his first vows as a Capuchin Franciscan friar.
