Coast to Coast: Overture and Beginners Review by Dave Thompson. Throughout the first half of the 1970s, attending a Faces gig was one of the best things you could do with your time.
A classic raunchy, live album from the Faces recorded on their first tour with then new bassist Tetsu Yamauchi in the fall of 1973. The lads are loose, there's a party atmosphere throughout, and they hit their groove almost straight out of the gate in "It's All Over Now".
