Nahor (Hebrew: נָחוֹר – Nāḥōr; Greek: Ναχώρ – Nakhṓr) is the son of Serug according to the Hebrew Bible in Genesis Chapter 11. He is said to have lived to the age of 148 years old and had a son, Terah, at the age of 29. He was also the grandfather of Abraham, Sarah, Nahor II and Haran. References

1. Son of Serug; father of Terah and, consequently, grandfather of Abraham. He is said to have lived one hundred and forty-eight years (Gen. xi. 22-25; I Chron. i. 26). 2. Son of Terah and brother of Abraham and Haran. He married the latter's daughter Milcah (Gen. xi. 26-27, 29).
Nahor, son of Terah. In the account of Terah 's family mentioned in the Book of Genesis ( Genesis 11:26–32 ), Nahor II ( Hebrew: נָחוֹר – Nāḥōr) is listed as the son of Terah, amongst two other brothers, Abram and Haran ( v.26,27 ). His grandfather was Nahor I, son of Serug.
1 déc. 2022 · Abraham’s grandfather Nahor was the son of Serug. This Nahor is recorded to have lived 148 years. “When Serug had lived 30 years, he became the father of Nahor. And after he became the father of Nahor, Serug lived 200 years and had other sons and daughters.” ( Genesis 11:22-23 NIV)

He married Milcah his niece in Ur of the Chaldees, Genesis 11:26 ,29, but seems to have transferred his residence to Haran, Genesis 24:10 27:43. He had twelve sons, and among them Bethuel the father of Rebekah, Genesis 22:20-24.
Son of Serug, of the line of Shem (Gen 11:10-25; 1 Chron 1:26), father of Terah, grandfather of Abraham, and as such an ancestor of Jesus . After the birth of Terah in his twenty-ninth year, Nahor lived a hundred and nineteen years, and had other sons and daughters.
