Brett Allen Scallions (born December 21, 1971) is an American singer and musician. He is best known for being one of the founding members and the original lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist for the alternative rock band Fuel from 1993 to 2006 and then from 2010 to 2020.

Bassist Jeff Abercrombie saw vocalist-guitarist Brett Scallions performing in a bar in Jackson, Tennessee in 1992 and later recruited him to join the band in early 1993. With the simultaneous addition of keyboardist Erik Avakian, the first proper iteration of the band was formed.
