1 févr. 2024 · Santander online banking is down this morning. There have been multiple reports on downdetector.co.uk and on the Santander X site. Santander say they are aware and are working on it but also that the app is working fine. I can concur with that having just logged into the app. MACKEM99 Posts: 962 Forumite.
20 mai 2024 · Received my "Account Summary" for the 2023/24 tax year today. I received an email from Santander this afternoon to say my annual interest Account Summary (to 5th April 2024) was available to download. The summary was sent to my Santander online mailbox yesterday, 30th May 2024. It looks like you're new here.
23 sept. 2024 · I only have experience of transferring a maturing Santander fixed rate ISA away to another provider but as that went smoothly, I wouldn't expect there to be any issues with an internal transfer. It may just take a day or so for the new account to show in online banking.
2 mars 2024 · Santander is my main account and I usually log in daily. Most times I use the app (old version usually but sometimes also the new). Occasionally, I have to use online banking, e.g. to change an SO. I use Chrome for online banking, and the app is on iPhone. I can’t recall any login or other usability issues.

I'm trying to open a Paypal account linked to my Santander bank account but it's asking for the address of my bank on the direct debit form. I opened the bank account over the phone to bank online and whilst I have a card, account number and sort code, I have no address details.
21 sept. 2023 · This issue has been resolved by Santander. If you apply for the new fixed rate online/via app (as if for the first time) it gives you the option to upgrade an existing variable or fixed cash ISA (within 28 days of maturity). They will then automatically sweep the money across on the maturity date.
3 déc. 2013 · Adding an additional user (Santander 123 Credit Card) I have one of these cards & i added the wife as an additional user. She can't view the details in her Santander online account. When i questioned it i was told that this is because the account is mine, not hers, even though she's an additional card holder & can use the account.
2 sept. 2024 · I've had a Zero credit card for a long time since they were launched. I don't have any outstanding balance, and I rarely use it. If I were to use it, I would pay off the balance in full. I have other credit cards I use, so I'm wondering if it's worth keeping. I see it has good benefits for using it abroad, something I don't often do.
7 févr. 2012 · You can change the mobile number we send OTPs to in Online Banking via the 'My Details & Settings' tab. As a precaution, we'll send an OTP to your old mobile to authorise the change. If you no longer have access to this phone number you can call our Online Banking Helpdesk and one of our advisors can help you do this over the phone.
