In the resulting printout, scroll down to your current WiFi connection and you will see your PC's IP address (marked Preferred) 2. Router IP Address.
Select the Network tab, then click Devices to view devices that are or have been on your network. Select the device for which you wish to find the local IP address. You can see the public IP address of your device (or router) by visiting https://whatismyipaddress.com. IP address geolocation is an estimate based on available information. In many cases, it can be surprisingly accurate. In other cases, it can be quite a bit off.

As said before you cannot change this only they can. as a side note you could try setting a default location for Windows 10 using Settings > Location and select Default location.
