Widows defender says that everything is ok. Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool says 0 infected files. How do I stop this Pop up Scam please. Regards Paddy

Generally, If the message is suspicious but isn't deemed malicious, the sender will be marked as unverified to notify the receiver that the sender may not be who they appear to be.

These protocols help verify the sender’s identity and ensure the email is not spoofed. Kindly verify that the sender’s domain has proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records set up.
