Cassia still dominates with her Navigator builds. Snipers still deal obscene damage across the whole map. Assassins still build around Killing Edge+Deadly Calculation+Lethality Heightens+Imminent Demise+Killing Spree. Arch-Militants still either abuse the action economy or become unkillable dodge+parry tanks. Etc.
If you want a blaster type Psyker, Id recommend Telepath. If you want melee focused, go either Bio or Pyro. I'm doing a Telepath/Diviner Psyker currently, Telepath for damage, Diviner for support abilities. It's straightforward and hits pretty hard, though feels like a slightly less effective Cassia. Warrior>Arch-Militant Bio/Sanctic psyker.
