John Trudell est un militant politique, chanteur, poète, écrivain et acteur américain, né le 15 février 1946 à Omaha et mort le 8 décembre 2015 1 à Santa Clara. D'origine Sioux Santee (ou Dakota), il a milité tôt au sein de différents mouvements de défense des droits des Amérindiens.
John Trudell (February 15, 1946 – December 8, 2015) was a Native American author, poet, actor, musician, and political activist. He was the spokesperson for the Indians of All Tribes ' takeover of Alcatraz beginning in 1969, broadcasting as Radio Free Alcatraz.
