Flight network is a scam. When you search for SAS on Google, flight network appears first and looks very similar to SAS's webpage. We unfortunately didn't catch this until after we had paid - as we thought SAS's page had redirected to them for booking. They charge an additional 300 DKK for exactly the same flights and a much poorer service.
Booked a to & fro flight ticket for travel through Batik Air during Jan 2024. The airline cancelled the return flight and never refunded the fare amount till date. Lost almost 1,700 AUD. Work customer service. FlightNetwork don't have any accountability for your booking. they'll blame it on the airline.
